Att Service Agreement

Att Service Agreement

In accordance with this agreement, we provide equipment, software and services. “Equipment” refers to all products you purchase from us to access and use services, including the Digital Life Controller (“DLC”), sensors, cameras, door locks, panic keys, tablet devices and other devices, but no indoor wiring available on the premises. The equipment can be re-restored or certified at TTT, which means that the equipment has been tested and tested at the discretion of AT-T. “Services” refers to the monitoring of alarms and all the automation or other optional services you purchase from us. “Conditions” refer to the location of the device as defined in the installation test list. “Software” includes programs run on the device, which can also be called firmware, programs that AT-T uses on its servers, and all programs and applications that allow you to remotely access services. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive right and a license to use the software; provided you comply with all the provisions of this Agreement and the terms of a separate end-user license agreement that you received when downloading a Digital Life smartphone or tablet app. THE SOFTWARE IS DELIVERED TO THEM “AS IS” AND WITH ALL FAULTS (AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW). ATT MAKE NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT FOR THE SOFTWARE. We can provide software updates, updates or supplements. You agree that we have absolute right, but not the obligation to modify, update, update or complete the software at any time. Although unlikely, software updates, updates or supplements can reset your devices and remove stored settings and stored content.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT WE WILL NOT GET ALERT SIGNALS, NOTIFICATIONS, AND ALERTS DURING A SOFTWARE UPDATE. Your software license ends with the termination of this contract. We can allow you to connect and access them with devices, products, services, websites, advertising and content from advertisers, publishers, suppliers and other third parties (together “Third Party Services”). Once you`ve connected third-party services to the Digital Life app, you can customize the settings for those third-party services via the Digital Life platform. While AT-T may offer you the ability to create an interface with third-party services, you recognize that the third-party services you connect to your account or interface to the Digital Life platform are not products and devices, and you recognize and consent that ATT does not control third-party services. Their use of third-party services is subject to separate terms of use established by third parties, including the privacy policy of third parties. THEIR USE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES IS DONE AT THEIR OWN RISK AND AT THEIR OWN DISCRETION. Att does not accept any guarantees or guarantees for the security of third-party services. ATT reviews, monitors, represents, confirms, guarantees or assumes no responsibility for third-party services. At its sole discretion, ATT reserves the right to restrict or deny access to third-party services that can be accessed through the Digital Life app. Att does not assume responsibility for you arising from or in connection with your access and the use (or misuse) of third-party services.
